Among our services, the Buca di Bacco offers the opportunity for guests to learn about our regional cooking style. The primary objective is to learn recipes, rich in local tradition, that remain in the hearts of those who taste them!
Our cooking classes aim to guide participants to appreciate and savour classic Neapolitan and Positanese recipes.
- When: upon request.
Classes start at 3:30pm and last two hours, finishing at 5:30pm with a tasting of the dishes prepared (appetizer, first course and second course). - Where: cooking classes are held in the open kitchen of the Ristorante Buca di Bacco.
- Number of participants: minimum 2 people.
Tasting: at the end of the class, participants taste the fruits of their labour and receive a souvenir gift of the culinary experience.
